Responsibilities

• Lead APP Transition-to-Practice Programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Serve as mentor, educator, and clinical resource for APPs.
• Develop and deliver specialty education and competency assessments.
• Partner with physicians and teams to advance evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with quality and safety teams for continuous improvement.
• Guide APP onboarding, workflow optimization, and EMR education.
