Responsibilities

• Carry out basic molecular biology and biochemistry experiments.

• Perform basic cell culture.
• Design and carry out CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing in cell lines and mice.
• Update and maintain laboratory notebooks and databases; attend laboratory meetings; present results to staff.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment.
