Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a part-time Crisis Worker (weekend) for our Behavioral Health Services Division to support individuals experiencing mental health crises in a residential setting.
You will help participants set and pursue personal and treatment goals, assist with individual program plans, and coordinate services under supervision. The role requires strong communication, privacy awareness, and readiness to respond to emergencies when needed.
We are seeking a Part-Time Crisis Worker (weekend) for our Behavioral Health Services Division. To provide support in a residential setting to individuals experiencing mental health crisis who do not pose an immediate risk to their own or the safety of others, assist individuals with learning to live and function as independently as possible in the community, facilitate participation in the development and implementation of individual program plans, and coordinate and arrange the provision of specialized services. Receives general and regular supervision from the Director, Crisis Residential Program, and may receive additional support and guidance from a Mental Health Professional.
