Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Crisis Worker to provide residential support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis who are not at immediate risk.
The role helps participants learn to live independently in the community and coordinates access to specialized services. Responsibilities include admission orientation, monitoring progress toward personal and treatment goals, assisting with daily living tasks, and communicating with the care team.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the Full-Time Crisis Worker position. The position has responsibility for providing support in a residential setting to individuals experiencing mental health crisis who do not pose an immediate risk to their own or the safety of others. Assists individuals with learning to live and function as independently as possible in the community. The Crisis Worker facilitates coordination and the arrangement of specialized services.
