Job summary

Hope Network's Crisis Residential Unit in Saginaw, MI is hiring an LPN to coordinate and provide direct care for adults with serious mental illness in a 24/7 licensed facility. Working under the CRU RN, you will support recovery-based, person-centered care and collaborate with psychiatrists to integrate medical treatment.

You will manage medications and supplies, document encounters, assist with health assessments, and participate in audits.

Qualifications

• MI LPN licensure required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Preferred psychiatric nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Regular and on-call nursing services in CRU, 24/7.
• Provide patient care and coordinate medical treatment with psychiatrists.
• Manage medications, supplies, and documentation.
