Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field and within-30-days Counselor Agency Affiliated - Registered credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Counselor Agency Affiliated - Registered credential must be submitted within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage services to crisis callers or referred individuals.
• Complete risk assessments for suicide or homicide risk.
• Manage multiple calls in a professional and calm manner.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients until dispatch.
• Maintain confidential documentation and client records.
