Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide telephonic crisis triage and ambulatory behavioral health services in a team setting. Qualifications

• Post-degree clinical experience with behavioral health populations.
• Experience documenting in line with national accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of DSM and diagnostic evaluations.
• Licensure requirements include relevant state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage, screening and crisis intervention for members requesting behavioral health services.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, groups, and intensive outpatient programs.
• Coordinate admissions/discharges and referrals with external providers as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team for assessments and decision making.
• Maintain written medical records and participate in quality management activities.
