Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in the United States (NH Lebanon area) is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join the Crisis and Triage Advice Line. You will conduct telephonic triage, screen for level of care, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate referrals, admissions and follow-up for members needing behavioral health services.

The role includes delivering individual, family, and group therapies, applying evidence-based modalities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health clinician with post-graduate experience in crisis care.
• Experience delivering individual, family, or group therapy.
• Knowledge of DSM and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage and screening for behavioral health needs.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and referrals to external providers as needed.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling in various formats (individual, family, group) as required.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and psychology staff to support assessments and decisions.
• Maintain clinical records and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
