Job summary

Mind 24-7 in Phoenix is seeking a Crisis Therapist (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW) for an on-site, full-time day shift. You will perform urgent behavioral health assessments, crisis stabilization, and care coordination in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Arizona licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred or Associate licensure (LMSW, LAC) required.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced settings.
• High comfort level with technology and EMR platforms.
• Commitment to ethics, professionalism, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for youth and adults in crisis.
• Recommend and coordinate appropriate level of care per state guidelines and Mind 24-7 protocols.
• Deliver crisis stabilization therapy or brief intervention services as needed.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clear treatment goals and continuity of care.
• Accurately complete documentation and service records in the EMR system.
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination to support patient transitions.
• Float across units as needed and participate in required trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
