UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor is excited to welcome a passionate and drivenCrisis Technician I to our Crisis Residential Unit (CRU) team!

Safe Harbor's Crisis Residential Unit (CRU) is an 8-bed facility designed to provide an alternative to inpatient behavioral health care. Our multidisciplinary team—comprising registered nurses, CRNPs/PAs, master’s level therapists, technicians, and a discharge specialist—works collaboratively to offer comprehensive services such as medication management, therapeutic support (both group and individual), and essential referrals for ongoing care.

As our ideal candidate, you will possess a high school diploma and bring a strong desire to learn. While prior experience in behavioral health or crisis- related settings is a plus, it is not required. We will provide comprehensive training upon hire to ensure your success in this role!

This per diem position offers a business casual dress code and free on-site parking, ensuring a comfortable and convenient work environment. With a flexible, variable schedule that may include daylight, evening, night, and weekend hours, this role supports a dynamic and fulfilling work-life balance, allowing you to thrive both professionally and personally.
