A company car, cell phone, and laptop are provided; weekend on-call rotation occurs every four weeks. The ideal candidate is compassionate, eager to learn, and communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.
• Willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport a child to a foster home when needed.
• Assist during moderate crises and hospital or office visits.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
