Job summary

Archdiocese of San Antonio through Catholic Charities Del Rio Regional Office seeks a full-time case manager to provide counseling, intake interviews, referrals, and assistance with SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, and TANF as applicable. You will coordinate donations, assist volunteers, and maintain records to help families achieve self-sufficiency.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong data-entry skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management or related field.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake to assist clients seeking food and clothing with referrals and resources.
• Interview clients experiencing financial and material crisis.
• Evaluate client needs for assistance and make referrals.
• Assist with stocking the pantry and processing donations.
• Maintain data entry of units and demographics; support monthly/yearly reports.
• Coordinate with Program Director and donors regarding items and deliveries.
• Protect client confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
• Serve as emergency/humanitarian response contact for the Del Rio regional office.
