Job summary

Catholic Charities Del Rio Regional Office in Del Rio, TX, seeks a Case Manager to provide counseling and referral services to clients in crisis, assist with SNAP/Medicaid enrollment, and manage donations and data entry. You will work with donors, volunteers, and staff to support self-sufficiency and humanitarian response.

Fluency in English and Spanish preferred, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the mission of serving vulnerable communities.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management, customer service, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake to assist clients with referrals and resources.
• Interview clients in financial or material crisis.
• Assist with SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, and TANF enrollment as applicable.
• Compile data for monthly and yearly reports.
• Coordinate donation intake and donor communications.
• Serve as emergency/humanitarian response liaison.
• Train volunteers and oversee pantry/clothes operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
