Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must possess a professional license (LPC, P-LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMSW) or be eligible to earn a DMH credential.
• Must maintain a valid MS driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services to consumers per program requirements.
• Develops and implements treatment plans for consumers.
• Provides therapy services to consumers in accordance with treatment plans.
• Provides 24-hour crisis intervention when scheduled.
• Completes intake evaluation interviews and routes records accordingly.
• Participates in clinical and general staff meetings and in-service training.
