Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking behavioral health professionals in Mississippi to provide on-site crisis support to local organizations affected by disruptive events. This contract role offers flexibility and comprehensive training, ensuring support for community businesses.

Qualified candidates must hold a master’s degree in mental health and be independently licensed in Mississippi (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist). Malpractice insurance coverage and willingness to undergo R3C training are also required.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Mississippi (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
