Elevate, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Technician to provide community-based residential support to individuals working to stabilize mental health and/or substance use challenges. You will help with recovery, skills, and crisis stabilization through structured activities and group sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in adult care or mental health preferred.
• Caring, patient, and person-centered approach.
• Strong communication with individuals facing behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals receiving residential services.
• Assist individuals with developing and practicing daily living, coping, and recovery skills.
• Support crisis stabilization through compassionate engagement and structured activities.
• Facilitate and participate in therapeutic and skill-building groups.
• Complete required documentation related to client services.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
