• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation as per Health System/affiliate policy.
• Supports clients with daily living, medication compliance, goal management, crisis management, and safety.
• Utilize deescalating skills when appropriate.
• Interact with clients in a positive and supporting manner.
• Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, team members, and external parties.
