Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a program lead to manage the Crisis Stabilization Facility Capacity project and related crisis services. The role coordinates planning, funding opportunities, and grant submissions across multiple agencies to advance behavioral health crisis system goals.

Responsibilities include strategic consultation on crisis system deliverables, representation in DHHS workgroups, and collaboration with internal and external partners

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects across agencies or provider groups.
• Regularly used program data to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
• Planned and facilitated meetings/trainings with cross-agency stakeholders.
• Experience in behavioral health or human services settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Crisis Stabilization Facility Capacity project and related crisis services.
• Coordinate grants and funding opportunities; collect info and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with grantors during the application process; coordinate press releases with DHHS team.
• Represent the division in DHHS and stakeholder workgroups; provide strategic consultation.
