Job summary

Pacific Clinics is launching CSU in Nevada County, a 23hr 59min unit for adults 18+ requiring intensive stabilization. Compassionate, collaborative clinicians help launch the program to divert from 5150 and psychiatric hospital stays.

With limited supervision, you will conduct assessments, plan treatments, manage risk, and coordinate therapeutic activities in the community. Documentation and trauma-informed care are emphasized to support stabilization and wellness for both youth and adults.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• Two years of supervised clinical experience with children or adults.
• Licensed according to California state law or eligible within designated time frame.
• Registration with the BBS or BOP required.
• Pass PATS and crisis intervention certification within first 30 days and annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally relevant assessments and evaluations for youth, adults, and families.
• Develop effective, measurable treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.
• Provide leadership and relay behavioral data with strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document promptly.
• Coordinate integration of Functional Behavior Analysis into service plans with families and providers.
• Develop and refine safety plans addressing reactive and proactive risks.
• Meet revenue and productivity standards.
• Perform related duties to support department needs.
