Paragon Behavioral Health Connections is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Colorado. You will provide urgent behavioral health interventions to individuals on holds or transitioning to the community, leading crisis stabilization efforts and coordinating with in-home teams.

We value licensed or licensure-eligible clinicians, with trauma experience and strong written/oral communication.

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Strong licensure or eligibility for licensure in Colorado (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/psychiatry or equivalent).
• Experience with diverse populations, trauma, and crisis stabilization.
• Knowledge of mental health and substance use assessments and consultation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess urgent behavioral health needs and risks for clients and families.
• Develop clinical formulations and safety plans with the team.
• Provide crisis stabilization interventions and evidence-based therapies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, and community organizations.
• Utilize brief CBT for suicide prevention and other modalities.
• Ensure accurate documentation for accountability and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Respond to crises and participate in standby shifts as needed.
