Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Cedartown, GA seeks a Technician to assist with intake information, admissions, and developing treatment plans with the treatment team. You will monitor patients' wellbeing and support ongoing care.

Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, leading group activities, documenting observations, and supporting crisis response and discharge processes. Training and supervision are provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals' physical and emotional wellbeing and report concerns to supervisor.
• Record vital signs and health data per schedule and when directed by healthcare staff.
• Assist with ADLs and keep living areas clean and organized.
• Support admissions and discharge, including safety checks and orientation.
• Lead group activities and milieu events like current events, fitness, and daily living tasks.
• Document observations and vitals in the Carelogic system.
• Participate in ongoing trainings and supervision.
• Assist in crisis response and, if needed, seclusion/restraint per protocol.
