Job summary

Terros Health in Flagstaff seeks a Crisis Specialist to join the mobile crisis team, responding on-site to individuals in crisis, providing crisis intervention, and coordinating with hospital staff and the crisis call center.

This 30-hour-per-week role (Sunday–Tuesday, 5am–3pm) includes evening/weekend differentials. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, and driving to sites is required. Minimum BH experience or degree is required; AZ fingerprint clearance and a valid driver's license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum: GED/HS with BH experience or BH degree; license/clearance as required in AZ.
• Master's preferred BH degree; AZ licensure may be required for clinical oversight.
• Must have valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or apply within 7 working days.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile crisis interventions in various settings (homes, schools, ERs).
• Coordinate with hospital teams, crisis call center, and families.
• Assist with crisis department scheduling and administrative duties.
