Rock Health seeks dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on-call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support for individuals in mental health emergencies.

You will respond to crisis calls, conduct risk assessments, offer brief crisis counseling, and connect clients to community resources. You will meet clients in homes, hospitals, and community locations, and respond to emergencies like suicide calls. Documentation and partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with mental health clients preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and crisis assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally under pressure.
• Strong decision-making and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities
