Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related fields (e.g., psychology, social work).
• Preferred minimum one year of experience with mental health clients.
• Knowledge of community resources and relevant laws (Chapters 34, 51, 55).
• Strong crisis assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and build relationships with diverse populations.
