Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Crisis Services Director for a Youth Residential Program in California. The role provides 24/7 accountability of the youth services, leads strategic direction, development and implementation, and oversees budget, forecasting, quality improvement, licensing compliance and staff collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s in Social Work or related field and an active California license, with 5+ years of leadership in youth residential or behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required.
• Active CA License as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist Required
• 10 years related experience
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in youth residential programs, behavioral health, child welfare or related human service programs
• Experience with CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement), performance management, and risk management
• Thorough understanding of licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and compliance
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, development and implementation of the youth residential and crisis program.
• Provide 24/7 accountability for the program and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Manage budget, financial planning and long-term forecasting.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and licensing compliance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Crisis Services Director - Youth Residential Program

The Crisis Services Director will have 24/7 accountability of the youth residential and crisis program. The Crisis Services Director will lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of the program. Responsible for managing budget, financial planning, long term forecasting, quality improvement, compliance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and improvement.
