Jobot seeks a Director for Youth Residential Program & Crisis Services in Stockton, CA. The role oversees 24/7 youth residential and crisis services, with strategic leadership, budgeting, and quality improvement, in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Ideal candidates hold a CA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist) and have 10+ years in the field, with 5+ years of progressive leadership in youth programs, and strong CQI and licensing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Active CA License as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.
• 10 years related experience.
• 5+ years leadership in youth residential programs or related fields.
• CQI experience and risk management knowledge.
• Licensing standards and accreditation familiarity.

Director Youth Residential Program & Crisis Services:

The Director will have 24/7 accountability of the youth residential and crisis program. Responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and implementation of the program. The Director will oversee budget, financial planning, long term forecasting, quality improvement, compliance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required
• Active CA License as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist Required
• 10 years related experience
• Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years progressive leadership experience in youth residential programs, behavioral health, child welfare or related human service programs
• Experience with CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement), performance management, and risk management
• Thorough understanding of licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and compliance
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
