Job summary

County of Marin’s Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) seeks a Program Manager in the Crisis and Justice‑Involved Division to lead the Crisis Continuum, including CSU, Mobile Crisis, and Aftercare, coordinating across public safety, healthcare, and community partners to deliver recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed services.

The ideal candidate will have a licensed behavioral health credential (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/Psychologist), strong supervisory experience, and data‑driven planning abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, nursing, psychology, social work or a related field.
• Three years of experience with one year supervisory experience.
• Licensed professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) in California or ability to obtain within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Crisis Continuum, including CSU, Mobile Crisis Response Team and Crisis Aftercare.
• Manage program planning, policy oversight, fiscal and contract management.
• Supervise professional clinical and administrative staff and ensure equitable access to services.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, criminal justice and community partners to advance a trauma‑informed system.
