Job summary

Benton County is hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) for the Crisis Team. The role involves phone and face-to-face crisis screening, assessment, and referral, with responsibilities across crisis interventions, safety planning, and care coordination.

The position may require becoming a director’s designee within 60 days of starting. Work hours are fluid with Day/Swing/Night shifts and differential pay; salary ranges precede the posted pay equity.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in a behavioral health field or related discipline.
• 1 year (QMHP2) or 2 years (QMHP3) health experience providing mental health services.
• Must be QMHP certified or eligible within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Crisis screening, assessment, referral, and safety planning.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team and community partners.
• Provide treatment services including crisis interventions and follow-up care.
