Job summary

Responsibilities

• Track referral times and coordinate timely follow-up.
• Participate in intake meetings with project staff and new consumers.
• Provide peer support services as assigned.
• Advocate for consumer needs in care planning discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing to educate community about 988 transition.
• Coordinate with 988 Crisis Center and partners for referrals.
• Develop MOUs/MOAs for 988 collaboration in Fairbanks.
• Serve as liaison between the project and community stakeholders.
• Attend Behavioral Health Community Coalition meetings.
• Ensure data collection and enter data into EHR.
• Attend required training and meetings.
