Zusammenfassung

R3 Continuum is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support for organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Fairbanks, Alaska. This contract role offers flexible case-by-case assignments and the opportunity to support local communities.

Candidates must hold an Alaska license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) and have a master's degree in mental health, with CIR training provided if needed. Malpractice insurance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be independently licensed in the State of Alaska (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after a disruptive workplace event
• Collaborate with local communities in Fairbanks and surrounding areas in Alaska
• Maintain documentation and reporting through the mobile app provided by R3C
