Job summary

Community Care Alliance is seeking a master’s-level clinician for full-time Emergency Services, 36 hours weekly, to respond to crises in office- and community-based settings. The ES team emphasizes anti-oppression and non-stigmatizing care for high-acuity clients.

The role requires crisis assessment, trauma-informed interventions, and collaboration with hospitals, law enforcement, and providers within a complex system. Flexibility for on-call and overtime is mentioned but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to assess and intervene with clients in crisis.
• Trauma-informed care practices are applied in interventions.
• Comfort and familiarity with working within larger systems (hospitals, law enforcement, providers).
• Proficiency in completing biopsychosocial and crisis assessments using DSM-5, ASAM, and evidence-based tools.
• Minimum of one year in community mental health, Crisis Stabilization Unit, or inpatient psychiatric setting.
