St. Anne Institute is seeking a dedicated counselor for its Crisis Residence program.

Under the Assistant Program Administrator, you will create a safe environment to help youth gain self-control, regulate emotions and develop social skills. Your duties include implementing agency routines, supervising youth, transporting to medical appointments, and maintaining thorough records in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to youth work.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet testing standards and handle stressful situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Implement agency policies and Crisis Residence routines.
• Ensure a clean, safe, therapeutic environment.
• Supervise youth and model positive behavior.
• Transport youth to medical appointments as needed.
• Assist intake/admissions for Crisis Residence youth.
• Maintain accurate paperwork.
• Liaise with law enforcement and health providers.
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.
