Responsibilities

• Provide support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and other Residential Recovery Centers.
• Monitor consumer safety and assist with proper self‑administration of medication.
• Answer and document calls to the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services.
• Ensure accurate completion of admission and discharge paperwork.
• Monitor consumer vitals and conduct regular bed checks.
• Assist in resolving immediate crises or escalated consumer needs.
• Complete a minimum of 40 hours of Crisis/ASAM training.
• Provide transportation for clients to and from services as needed.

Annual Salary - $26,000
