Kenyon International, part of TrustFlight, is recruiting for an Operations role based in Spring, Texas. The job involves managing the Americas Crisis Management Centre, coordinating deployments, and maintaining readiness for rapid incident response, across domestic and international travel as required.

The role requires experience in emergency management, strong IT and logistics capabilities, and the ability to operate in high-pressure environments with flexible hours and travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, coordination, control room, logistics or emergency management role.
• Emergency management or 24/7 crisis response experience in incident, control room or field environment.
• Excellent IT skills across Microsoft 365 and Excel; ability to learn inventory platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and operate the Americas Crisis Management Centre: systems, communications, activation checklists, call trees, contact data and physical setup, with readiness checks carried out and recorded to schedule.
• Support the Crisis Management Centre during an activation: set up the centre, maintain the incident log, prepare and circulate situation reports, coordinate staffing call out, and keep activation to closure records, including billing information.
• Develop the Crisis Management Centre capability over time by improving activation procedures, templates, logging tools and information flow, and assist other regions as needed.
• Assist the Operations Manager, Americas with scheduling and record-keeping of Risk Register and Business Continuity Plan reviews.
• Support the Responder Manager on Team Member matters in the Americas: regional availability, call out lists and local requirements, feeding back the information needed to keep the deployable pool current.
