Job summary

Pinkerton | Comprehensive Risk Management seeks a Readiness & Resilience Lead to develop and maintain emergency management tools, templates, and planning frameworks for the Americas region. This role leads incident coordination, ensures global consistency, and partners with stakeholders to maintain preparedness.

Location options include Austin, Orlando, or Madison. The ideal candidate brings seven to ten years leading an Emergency Operations Center within an ICS, plus advanced certification

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of leading an Emergency Operations Center within an ICS structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• CEM, ABCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of hazards across the Americas with risk mitigation experience.
• Ability to design and facilitate tabletop drills and training programs.
• Ability to interact at all levels across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Develop and maintain enterprise emergency management tools, templates, and planning frameworks.
• Oversee the execution of the emergency management program in the Americas region.
• Ensure regional plans and exercises are consistent with global processes.
• Provide leadership during incidents and incidents coordination.
• Coordinate with RSMs, GSOC, Safety, and Business Continuity.
• Develop enterprise-ready documentation and training resources.
• Identify readiness gaps and drive continuous improvement.
