Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a dedicated professional in the United States to support Executive Protection operations and client services. This role coordinates schedules, logistics, and communications for agents, drivers, and related services across the globe, ensuring timely, compliant protective coverage.

You will maintain precise documentation, draft travel briefs, and support leadership with risk assessments and incident responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
• Interest or direct experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security, Crisis Management, or Emergency Response
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other similar tools
• Willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
• Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Successful client management experience
• A demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skills
• Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate client schedules with ground teams and support Executive Protection operations
• Request, schedule, and track Executive Protection agents, drivers, and related services globally
• Support GSOC managers with presentations, security operation plans, risk assessments, and executive summaries
• Manage travel and logistics for agents and drivers, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles
• Answer phone calls and disseminate information to relevant parties
• Prepare travel briefs, dispatch confirmations, situation reports, and client-facing documentation
• Coordinate all logistical communication related to pickups, routing, and regional threat considerations
• Review client requests, cost estimates, statements of work, and ensure services meet requirements
• Monitor project timelines, risks and issues and provide solutions with documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory directives
• Resolve operational issues and client concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in meetings and communicate updates and decisions across teams
• Maintain operational records and controls to protect client assets and personnel
