Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a leader to oversee the Crisis Stabilization Units and BHCC programs across Georgia. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, ensure effective program delivery, and drive quality improvements while coordinating with the DBHDD regional office for patient placement and flow.

The role requires travel between Rome, Cedartown, Dalton, and Marietta, with a focus on operational excellence and fiscal stewardship within the crisis services division.

Qualifications

• Provides leadership for Crisis Stabilization Units and BHCC programs.
• Directs multidisciplinary behavioral health and substance use programs.
• Guides day-to-day delivery of program processes.
• Requires travel to Crisis Stabilization Units across GA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Managers and Program Director of BHCC.
• Oversee management and clinical support staff in Crisis Services.
• Collaborate with DBHDD Regional Office for patient flow from ERs.
• Monitor KPI performance and DBHDD expectations.
• Lead efforts to improve quality of care on units.
• Liaise with Highland Rivers programs to ensure coordination.
• Participate in Leadership Team and Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Act as subject matter expert for related services.
• Manage program budgets and monitor overtime and finances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
