Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of providers for compliance with rules, regulations, and policies for crisis services.
• Plan, schedule, and implement compliance surveys statewide.
• Prepare detailed findings and reports to sustain legal challenge if needed.
• Provide technical assistance to providers regarding policy and regulation requirements.
