Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist (BHT) in Benson, AZ to respond to crisis calls, triage urgent needs, and connect individuals to the appropriate level of care. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered support in high-stress situations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for associates degree and at least two years in behavioral health. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage the immediate crisis situation and recommend the appropriate intervention.
• Help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.

Job Summary

The Crisis Mobile Specialist is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The intent of this service is to triage the immediate crisis situation recommend the appropriate intervention and help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.

Skills/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred

• Current Driver’s License (valid and in good standing)
