Community Bridges in Arizona is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team across Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. You will collaborate with Patient Care Technicians, RNs and Behavioral Health Medical Providers to ensure a safe environment and deliver high-quality behavioral health services.

You will perform behavioral health assessments and develop service plans for admitted individuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health required; Master’s preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of full-time healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• License at associate level with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, MFT or Substance Abuse Counselor) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete behavioral health assessments and service plans for all admitted individuals.
• Document provided services and coordinate discharges from CBI programs.
• Coordinate care with family or other significant others.

CBI is the premiere non‑profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting‑edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The Behavioral Health Clinician coordinates with the Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The Behavioral Health Clinician completes the behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to their assigned program. The BHC documents provided services and coordinates discharges from CBI programs. The BHC coordinates care with the family or other significant others.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health. Master’s Degree is preferred but not required. Preference given to Master’s Degree in field related to behavioral health and/or has been licensed at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor.
• 1-3 years of full‑time Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred but not required.
