Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist CPSS in Idaho to respond to crisis calls, triage situations, and guide individuals toward the appropriate level of care.

This role supports Magellan Healthcare of Idaho and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare policies. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years in behavioral health, and certification such as C-PRSS, with driving privileges and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
• Licenses, Certifications, Credentials: Current ID Driver's License; Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record; C-PRSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage immediate crisis situations and recommend appropriate intervention.
• Help individuals in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable.

Crisis Mobile Specialist- CPSS - Idaho

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care, including variety of programs throughout Arizona, Idaho, Oklahoma and District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

The Crisis Mobile Specialist CPSS, is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The intent of this service is to triage the immediate crisis situation recommend the appropriate intervention and help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable. Each area below is defined by the specific function as it relates to the policy, process, and the governing rules set forth by Magellan Healthcare of Idaho and Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

Skills/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, REGISTRATIONS • Current ID Driver's License (valid and in good standing).
