Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a part-time Crisis Mobile Response Clinician to triage crisis calls and respond in community settings across Monroe County, MI. You will assess and stabilize individuals, de-escalate crises, and link to services while adhering to DSM/ICD coding and confidentiality standards.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with MI licensure and at least two years of relevant experience; duties include

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with Michigan licensure.
• Two years of experience with mentally ill or co-occurring populations preferred.
• Ability to perform crisis intake, assessments, and safety planning per state guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Triage crisis calls and deploy to community settings to manage individuals in crisis.
• Conduct crisis assessments, de-escalation, safety planning, and linkage to services.
• Complete documentation and coordinate level of care authorizations for continued services.
• Ride along with law enforcement when appropriate and ensure HIPAA compliance.
