Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare in Evansville, IN is seeking a Full-Time Peer Support Specialist for the Second Shift in the Crisis Stabilization Unit. You will provide peer recovery services, engage individuals in crisis, and collaborate with a mobile crisis team.

Weekend availability is required; certification preferred (DMHA CPSP or CPRC). A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred; eligibility required (CPSP-DMHA or CPRC).
• Valid driver's license and insurance; background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer recovery services including crisis intervention, outreach, and engagement.
• Support individuals experiencing acute crisis in person and by phone.
• Build rapport using lived experience; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
