Qualifications

• BA or BS in Human Services.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment.
• Ability to assess priorities and manage deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis and daily therapeutic interventions in home or community settings.
• Communicate interventions with primary caregivers and staff.
• Train families and group home staff in effective teaching methods for people with disabilities.
• Participate in crisis stabilization and coordination with the person’s clinical home and community services.
