Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate before groups.
• Strong de-escalation skills required.
• Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders essential.
• Understanding of human rights in behavioral health necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu management in service units.
• Support clients experiencing acute symptoms.
• Conduct individual and group skill training.
• Monitor individual behaviors and document observations.
• Maintain behavioral health safety in the environment.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
