Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a behavioral health and/or law enforcement setting preferred.
• Must complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training upon hire.
• Ability to de-escalate and manage crises while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient care activities and the environment to maintain the therapeutic milieu and safety.
• Provide care for an adult population (18+) on the behavioral health unit.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
