Salary Range: $51,900-$58,900

Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment.The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings.

Join our Autism Residential Program in Southborough, MA — where we will provide you with unmatched clinical and educational mentorship from expert clinicians and educators.

What You’ll Do:
  • Receive behavioral skills training from master's and doctoral-level clinicians on the assessment and treatment of problem behavior.
    • Gain experience designing and implementing functional analyses
    • Gain experience designing and implementing function-based treatments across a wide array of learners
    • Gain experience with graphing and data interpretation
  • Receive behavioral skills training from master's- and doctoral-level clinicians and educators on designing and implementing protocols to establish important repertoires (e.g., communication, life skills) for our learners.
  • Work under an excellent model of supervision
    • Observe ethical, compassionate, and person-centered decision-making and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
  • Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
    • Communication and social interaction
    • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene
    • Vocational and pre-employment skills
    • Adaptive physical education and self-preservation
  • Receive paid training and coaching
  • Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings
