• Provide telephone counseling to consumers and families during psychiatric emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Link clients to community resources and enter information into computer systems.
• Assist community agencies with information and disposition.
• Triage cases to determine priority for face‑to‑face encounters.
• Provide follow‑up calls as set for in Title 33.
• Attend staff meetings and assist in training new staff.
