Job summary

Signature Health Inc. is hiring a Crisis Intervention & QMHS Specialist to provide community-based psychiatric support, rapid response, screening, de-escalation, and care coordination for individuals in behavioral health crises.

You will develop treatment plans, coordinate resources, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure continuity of care. The role requires QBHS or PSS designation, crisis experience, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours in community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related social services field preferred.
• QBHS designation or PSS with experience in substance use and mental health is required; crisis experience preferred.
• A valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance are required; driving in community settings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and present treatment program work material and skill-building interventions for clients.
• Operate primarily in community-based settings, including client homes and other locations.
• Identify and support client needs related to education, medical care, housing, and recovery supports.
• Provide rapid response, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and transportation when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care and link individuals to treatment services, recovery resources, and other community resources.
