Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the Children's Mobile Response program on-site. This full-time role focuses on clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to stabilize youth and families in crisis.

The candidate will supervise Crisis Intervention Specialists, review assessments, and coordinate care across community partners. A Master’s degree and NJ LCSW or LPC are required, along with supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with 3.5+ years in behavioral health.
• New Jersey LCSW or LPC required.
• Supervisory experience preferred; experience with children and families preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Children’s Mobile Response program in the community to stabilize youth and families.
• Manage Crisis Intervention Specialists with regular supervision.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the program.
• Review clinical assessments for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide crisis intervention and respond after hours when assigned.
• Create a positive work environment and participate in leadership.
• Hire, interview, and train new staff.
• Maintain data and meet CSOC and agency deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with community agencies.
